LATEST BAND NEWS.......... The Paradox camp would like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a great new year. Thank you for your continued support through out 2007. This year has seen CD Sales and in particular mp3 downloads triple since last year... We hope you'll stay with us in 2008.. New videos have been added to the Paradox You Tube page from the German festivals the band played last August. Tracks 'Lame and Languid', 'Corporate Pollution' and an exclusive brand new song 'Mind Mud' were recorded live at the Holzstock festival, Germany August 11th 2007. Pro-shot. PARADOX are set to play the Umsonst und Draussen Music Festival in Wadern-Bueschfeld (Saarland) Germany, Friday August 10th 2007. This is a free open air music Festival organised by Future Events. The festival kicks off at roughly 5pm Friday evening and continues until roughly 12 midnight. PARADOX hit the stage at approx. 7pm. came out on Thursday to the Sage Club. It was a hugely
successful night for all. The venue was jam packed with
the coolest people ever and Paradox had the most awesome
time. ****************** PARADOX are set to play the infamous 'Sage
Club' in Berlin, Germany on Thursday December 28th as
part of the 'Rock at Sage' that happens every Thursday at
the club.... Doors to the club open at 7pm and stay open
until roughly 4am in the morning... Paradox hit the stage
at roughly 11:30 and it's free entry before 10:30... The
Sage Club has 3 rooms...Rock Garden, Live Venue... and it's
all Rock on Thursdays... (hence Rock at Sage) This is
also the first show Paradox have played in Germany...and

Press Release!! Paradox were also in the studio again recently recording some new tracks.. We've roughly 13 finished new songs... but as of yet no plans to release anything....but we'll be sure to keep you posted.... Both Paradox releases 'Sacred' and 'Circle of Growth' are now available to order from over 2,200 record stores worldwide... Roughly 2,200 of these are in the USA. Both releases are already available online from CDBaby.com, Amazon.com among others... but for those of you who prefer not to buy online you can order both albums from your local record store. Attention Cork Rockers, PARADOX are confirmed to play the Cruishcin Lan on Friday 24th of Febuary. The night is presented by Cork Rocks and there'll be 3 bands performing on the night. For those of you who have been to these showcases, you know that they're not to be missed. Great atmosphere, Great music and a Rockin night to be had, so get off your ass and make your way to the Cruishcin on the 24th for some rock n' roll action & support the local music scene. Ex kallus Guitarist, Johnny Finn will be filling in on bass duties for Paradox once again and for future shows in 2006. More details to come so keep checking back for more info. Until then, Check out the Pics from the Hub Show. Paradox have recently met with the organisers of one of the biggest Unsigned Music Festivals in the World, the Emergenza Festival. This is the very first year Emergenza have come to Ireland and thats right folks, Paradox are on the bill. A series of showcases will be held in Dublin's Voodoo Lounge between Febuary & March. Paradox are set to perform on Friday the 24th of March at 11pm. The next stage of the festival will be in the Temple Bar Music Centre and finally Vicar Street. PARADOX Drummer Mike re-located to Toronto, Canada some weeks ago and is currently working the band from there. He recently ran into 'Melissa Auf Der Maur' on tour with the 'Matthew Good Band'. For those of you who ain't sure who 'Melissa Auf Der Maur' is, she was the bassist from the 90's Grunge outfit 'Hole' and has recently gone solo. They hung out for a while exchanging musical views and ideas. Check out a pic of the two Here PARADOX have been approached recently by two Publishing Companies and a Los Angeles based Record Label regarding possible signings. They have been in talks with them over the past couple of months and are happy to announce that PARADOX have secured a two song Publishing Deal with 'IGF Entertainment' in New York City. The tracks that were chosen by IGF were 'Pretend Friend' and 'Lame & Languid'. PARADOX signed and sealed the deal earlier this week and IGF Entertainment will begin pushing these tracks for possible upcoming movie scores.
